Facebook Quietly Building Total Domination

Have you ever watched one of those artists on YouTube draw a picture live?  You have no idea what the picture is until he draws the last brush stroke, then suddenly you realize you are staring at pure genius.  That is exactly what we are watching Mark Zuckerberg do with Facebook.  We won’t know what it will ultimately be until he stops painting.

I have to step back every once in a while to take a high level look at what Facebook is becoming.  To really get some perspective, you need to do this exercise frequently.  While Google sees itself at the “sun” in our universe, in reality, Facebook knows that Google is the “Firefly” in a local campground.  But Google won’t realize this until it is too late.

The Mayans Were Right! Facebook Takes Over in 2012!

As the new year starts, you might recognize that businesses are having to compete extremely hard for your attention.  Like it or not, we are entering the next phase of technical evolution.  Social media is going to dominate the planet.  There is more information uploaded to YouTube in 24 hours than all of the major newspapers and radio stations have collectively produced in the last decade! Facebook is going to eclipse 900 billion users before summer!  If you want a piece of that market, you are going to have to get involved very soon!
